•Area behind the driver seat we originally planned to be a space for a small shower. I would be happy to build a closet/organizer space or something for a future buyer. There is a spot for a light overhead in that area. It can be covered or used. There is also water plumbed to that area. Again. It can be abandoned or used.
•Extra electrical wire. This cord is above the induction cook top. It is not connected to anything. It can be abandoned or it can be used. We originally planned on putting a cabinet there and the power was for under cabinet lighting. We never ended up doing it.
Issues with the van
•Left blinker double clicks(both bulbs are working)
•Rear driver side door alignment is slightly off.(Opens and closes fine) minimal issue
•Paint on front hood and front upper angle is in poor condition
•back up camera is upside down
•Arm rest does not go down to 90 degrees and has some wear on the top portion.
I am willing to do some small work/remodeling.
