For the past 14 years, this van has taken us on one adventure after another. It has been our cabin, our hotel, our restaurant, and our home while exploring the United States.
We've spent weeks, even months at a time, traveling and living in this van. It has proven itself comfortable, dependable and enjoyable on every trip.

Pleasure-Way has earned a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, and this Lexor TD is no exception • Built on a Chevy 3500 Express Chassis powered by the bulletproof fuel injected 6.0L Vortec V8 gas engine.
Understanding Milage:
This van has 210,000 mostly highway miles. Unlike a typical vehicle, this van's engine hours are exceptionally low for its mileage. With only 5,429 engine hours, GM's mileage/hour conversion equates to approximately 179,000 miles of engine usage.
That suggests a lot of highway travel, not idling, city driving.
For comparison: A city van can accumulate 150,000 miles with 8,000 to 10,000 plus engine hours. This van has accumulated 210,000 miles with only 5,429 engine hours.
The Chevy 6.0L Vortec V8 is known for exceptional durability and long service life. With proper maintenance, these engines are commonly capable of 300,000+ miles, with many examples going significantly farther.

Mechanical Highlights
Engine does not burn oil between changes
The transmission was professionally replaced with a GM Certified Transmission at 135,000 miles.
A New Transmission Cooler installed at the same time, and the fluid has since been serviced.
New U-joints and Center Drive-line Bearing replaced recently as a maintenance precaution.
New serpentine belt replaced as a precaution.
