This is such a kickass van, spent 45 days off grid and had no problems. It bossed up insane river roads, took me to hidden hot springs and overall is the kind of dependable machine you want if you’re travelling. It’s stylish, cozy, and had tons of storage space with lots of room for improvements for personalization. Selling for a deal because I need some dental work taken care of ASAP.
The good:
year old off-road heavy duty K-2’s
Year old roof rack that supports 100 LBS and is super easy to use
Year old all weather bag for the rack
900W solar panels that charge like a dream even on cloudy days
3000W inverter and a year old lithium battery
Water pump and stainless steel sink that fits lots of dishes or other items while travelling, hose that swivels and can be used as an outdoor shower
Secret safe, tons of storage, tall closet
Drives like a dream
Cruise Control
Six month old hitch and tow assist
Year old full size 5 inch memory foam mattress
fridge that holds tons of food
Trucker mirrors so you can see blind spots
Havlock wool insulation all the way around, stays warm!
Beautiful wood work, feels like a little hobbit house on wheels.
Front passenger seat swivels around for extra space/seating.
New brakes
The Quirks:
The cluster will need replaced – The RPM needle is a little wacky (as pictured) it doesn’t affect the actual RPM’s, everything drives great.
The gas tank takes a special touch to fill up. You have to trickle the gas in, full blast overfills the opening and will spill out if unattended. Probably from living on dusty roads the last year, should be an easy fix. Takes about 10 minutes to fill up fully.
There’s a crack in the windshield, it’s not affecting your view, but at some point will need to be replaced.
The green door: the previous owner had an issue in a windstorm and found this lovely green replacement. The key doesn’t work in the outside but it’s connected to auto lock on the inside. Just an extra cosmetic bit to love.
Driver’s seat is taped up a bit but with a seat cover it’s no big issue
needs a coolant change
Some small body dents on the back door, small bit of rust back right
