2007 Ford Super Duty 450 with Dually 2WD

Meticulously maintained and converted former ambulance. I spent WAY too much money on this, with more just upgrading the engine and the cost of the basic vehicle than I have it selling for – but it is totally to the benefit of the next owner. I love this vehicle but have to sell it.

The engine is like new – It has a “Bulletproofed” and upgraded 6.0 Turbo diesel on dually wheels and goes most anywhere! It is huge (73Hx144Lx86W) and beautiful inside, with queen bed, sink with Hot/Cold water, induction stove, Webasto diesel heater, Dometic 12v AC, Max air fan, Dometic 75L 2 zone cooler/freezer, H/C shower connection in garage and impressive electrical system. Made to recharge when necessary by solar, driving, or by plugging it in. It is all new since 2023 when I started converting it and I have put more that 20K miles on it. The pictures say more than I remember.

It has 55 gal Diesel tank that is also linked directly to the Webasto heater, a 30 gal fresh water tank, and a 20 gal grey water tank. Both the freshwater and grey water tanks are inside so are protected a bit from the weather. It has insulation all around, with 1 1/2″ thinsulate plus 1/2″ foam on walls and ceiling and 1/ 2″ foam and 3/4″ plywood on floor. It also has stick-on sound proofing on all wheel wells and throughtout.

The “scene” lights now are connected to rear and work great, as do back up lights and new front "fog" lights in bumper. I will meet you as needed. Email me if you have further questions!! I also have clean RVChex report that I can email to you. It also has a new radio with a forward and backup camera, and the cab is separated from the back by 1″ foam laminated to 1/4″ plywood. The porta potti (or we are thinking we will add a composting toilet instead) fits well between the front cab seats, and we put in on step giving great location and privacy at night.

There are plenty of A/C and DC outlets for plugging in anything. These run fine off batteries but you can plug the ambulance in when available.. I have a 3000w inverter that can run everything i need, though it is rarely used and can be shut off easily by a switch.
