Selling 2007 Dodge Sprinter Van (gasoline).
Very sad to sell this great van, which I have had some awesome times in, but I moved to a place with lots of snow and I need 4WD. I bought it in April and the previous owners had already had it built out. Basic ish but was everything I needed and more. I spent months living in it, and it was pretty amazing. Stayed very warm in 35 degree weather, perfect cook station with a window w/ screen right next to my stove, drives great on long distances, beefy tires and high clearance allow great off-road capabilities, racks for all your adventure needs, etc. Shorter people can stand up fully. Lots of space for hanging out and a huge bed.
- Great indoor lights with a dimmer
- Backup camera
- 2nd RV battery with inverter
- Beautiful wood interior painted white
- Roof racks
- Surf racks (worth $900)
- Extra lights in the front
- Well-made cabinets with magnetic closure
- Under-the-bed storage space
- Swivel seats (driver and passenger)
- Bed almost fits a king-size mattress (I used foam and cut it to size)
- Curtains
- Fully insulated
- Very high clearance
- Great mpg for a van
- Vent with fan
- Big beefy all-terrain tires
- A compartment built out for a fridge
- Would be very easy to install a sink situation
- 2WD rear wheel drive
Because this van almost has 160,000 miles, I put a significant amount of money into fixing parts. I took it to mechanics and had them look over every single part and fix every single problem. All of the problems seem to have been from age and parts needing to be replaced except for the alternator, which the previous owners had replaced but with a faulty one, so now there is a working new one in place. I replaced the camshaft timing belt, replaced starter assembly, fixed blown fuse for air bag, replaced battery cables, back lights replaced, and replaced brake pads and rotors. I also repainted and removed rust from the exterior. The whole van has just been deep cleaned. The van is all fixed and ready to go, in tip top shape. All the features like air conditioning, heating, etc. all work great. I am very safety conscious so I spent a lot of time and money fixing every issue. Some aesthetic things could be improved such as the driver seat which just ripped a little bit, but very minor.
I can also throw in a we boost cell service booster for $250 (worth $500).
