2006 Ford Econoline E350 XLT Super Duty

I bought the van (named the van Clementine the Econoline) in Decemeber of 2021 from a guy who would make furniture and used the van to deliver. He told he he was the second owner and that he bought the van from a church that used it to pickup and carpool elderly to and from church. He said the church put about 110-120k miles on it, and then he put about the same and he was mostly highway miles, and I bought it with about 230k miles on it.

I emptied and built out the camper van myself. I insulated the walls, ceiling, and flooring with sheeps wool. The floor is laminated flooring and then tongue and groove siding/ceiling.

I took the van on a 3 month road trip to 9 states. One of which was Washington where I experienced my coldest night of -7° and the diesel heater I installed kept me perfectly warm and the van never had an issue in the cold. I then proceeded to live in the van for 2 years due to the nature of my work. The van never gave me any mechanical issues, only a cracked window that happened to me in Death Valley National Park. The cracked window is still there and it is on the passenger side.

I’ve created a list of the items that are apart of the van, or that I am selling with the van. I also recently replaced the van battery on 11-14-2024. It starts up no problem. The dashboard does beep 5×5 times. If you look up the beeping code it says that you need to change that airbag bulb in the dashboard, which I have not done.
