The builder (me) is an aerospace engineer with previous experience building vans, who lived in the van for ~1 year and is transitioning back to a more traditional lifestyle. The van is too capable to be sitting in a garage and too impractical to be used as a daily driver, so I’m hoping to pass it on to someone that will make the most of it. The carpentry/aesthetic work in the van leaves a bit to be desired visually, but the household systems (electric, water, cooking, fridge, etc) are well built and utilize mostly premium components. You will find better looking/more refined vans for this price, but I can pretty much guarantee you won’t find anything with the combination of similar system capability and low vehicle mileage.
This van would be perfect for anyone that wants to move in right away or an aspiring builder that wants to do some decorating/cosmetic improvements without having to worry about the more complicated/expensive household systems.
Questions welcome, and will respond ASAP.

*Note, listing updated and price reduced from $20,000 to $15,000 due to findings from recent inspection. Undercarriage has some meaningful rust and one part (passenger side front axle radius arm) should be replaced in the near term. Mechanic has estimated the repair at 2-6 hours of labor and parts are less than $200. Additionally, the rear shocks show some significant rust related damage and will likely require replacement in the future (likely within a couple years), though they are safe to use until they fail. While the rusting will require some maintenance effort going forward, the van should still have many years of life left in it.
