2005 Ford E350 Cutaway Box Truck (Partial) Conversion

After several years enjoying various incarnations of #vanlife we are ready to put our box truck conversion up for sale. The reasons for this include an expanding family and the need for a larger, towable camper. We are listing it at the cost of our investment (28K). Great “guts” for someone to take and run with their own vision!

• 2005 ford e350 cutaway box truck (5.4L gasoline) 
• 23’ bumper to bumper’ (fits in a standard parking spot, a huge plus!)
• 127.2K miles (previously fleet maintained as a furniture delivery truck before we bought it in 2017)
• Runs Great, no issues, well maintained with service records
• All New Tires (2 front, 4 rear “dually”) in late 2020, (approx 5K miles driven since) 
• New Brakes and Rotors (June 2024)
• Transmission Flush (June 2024)
• 55 gallon gas tank (great for longer trips)
• Sleeping loft with a full size mattress and single porthole window

Quirks:

No formal bathroom (see floorplan sketch for current location of composting toilet).

Some of the storage elements have been removed as we just used it as a box truck to relocate to the west coast.

Toilet/shower/blackwater could obv. be easily added as a standalone upgrade project (we never got around to it).

Passenger side door on cab doesn’t work (needs an exterior handle replacement.). Can open from the inside.
