2004 Ford E350 Quadvan Super Duty Sportsmobile Lifted 4×4

This beauty has the full starting package and is ready to customize into your dream van. Sportsmobile RB-50 original interior, built on the 2004 Ford E350 EB (extended body). The engine, a 6.8L V10-415 SOHC SEFI (gas), runs great and has been well maintained, with 162,000 miles. 

The 6” lift and 4×4 modifications were completed by Quadvan out of Portland, OR, in 2007. Quadvan conversion features an independent front suspension, with a front axle from an F-350 (newer year than the original build), with whole front coil spring assembly from Ford. Manual hubs, manual transfer case, started life out as 3.73 track, then was regeared to 4.10. Limited slip differential. Speeder reprogramed. Front shocks replaced with Pro Comps in July of 2017. 

As the fourth owner, we purchased in June 2016 and used it frequently through 2019. We started to remodel parts the interior, but never finished the project, (we moved internationally). From 2020 until now the vehicle has seen limited use, and when not in use it’s been stored in a heated garage. 

The tires are 305/65 R18 (33.6”) BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2, with less than 4000 miles on them. Bushwalker Flares with cutback. K&N Air Filter. Tow Package. Includes Yakima hitch bike rack. Aluminess brand front bumper with flood lights. 

Updated Kenwood stereo. Portable toilet with cover. Additional RV battery, replaced Dec 2016 and original electrical RB-50 wiring. City Water Fill-up attachment for a 16.5 gallon tank. Original Suburban Manufacturing furnace, under-mount propane tank, and Suburban Manufacturing hot water tank. Kitchenette and closet were removed and we have some reusable parts (gray water tank, cabinetry wood). 

Pop up camper works great. The roof is in good condition, with a protective coating. The canvas and zippers all function and the cushions are original and nice. The gaucho bed was slightly modified and could use some work, but it’s okay with a sleeping pad. 

We’ve loved this magnificent machine and are hoping it’s next owner will take it to the next level and make it super rad. It is a beast, and very fun to drive and vanlife out-of for some go-anywhere adventures!
