I’m selling my bus!
This bus is not just my first home, it’s completely changed my life. If you follow me, you know how transformative my bus journey has been and how much love, sweat, and tears I’ve put into it. THE BUS:
6.0 Gas Motor (154k)
Bus Prepped and rolled with paint
Hand painted mural on both sides
Roof Prepped and Re-Sealed with Trop-i-Cool Silicone Roof Paint/Sealent
Hitch Installed
Spare new starter included
Registered and Insured as a Motorhome

Regular Fluid Change and Check Up (every 3000 miles)

THE BUILD:
Bus was gutted down to the bones and all leaks and all metal has been touched and treated for rust and leaks
Kilmat installed in the cab for sound deadening
Walls and Ceiling Re-Insulated with foam board (1.5 in)
Floor Was Re-Insualted with .5 in Foam Board 1/2 plywood was placed
over the Foam Board and Lifeproof Vinyl Flooring was installed over that. Flooring was replaced in January 2023
1/2 in plywood was used on the walls
Tongue and groove plank boards were used for the ceiling
Skoolie Emergency Hatches were replaced with skylights. 1 opens for access to the roof deck with a lock for security
Motorcycle/ Bike carrier with storage rack and ramp.
2 propane tanks strapped to hitch storage rack. Line run underneath the bus to the oven range and water heater
8.5 ft telescoping ladder for access to roof deck (not mounted)
Bus door bolted together to open like a regular door
Keypad passcode entry so you never have to take your keys with you
Simply safe alarm system (keypad for setting alar/turning off, glass breaking sensor, motion detector, door alarm)
5 windows are unblocked and function to provide ample air flow throughout
Custom Black Out Curtains Installed to provide privacy
LED Track Lighting in ceiling wired to switch
8 ft roof deck
WeBoost Drive installed and mounted
Cab was kept original and small cabinet was installed near door.

Trifold mattress cushion that can be used for an extra bed. Cover is removable so you can wash it.
Small counter space with lots of storage underneath for work related supplies

Marble interlocking vinyl waterproof walls
7 setting handheld shower head with on/off pause switch
Shower head is almost 6 feet and can extend out of the window to act as an outdoor shower
2 hooks in shower for hanging towels
3 compartment organizer for shampoo/conditioner/and soap
No toilet. However, a composting toilet can easily be placed inside shower
