Seating – Two single bench seats across from each other. (one bench seat stores the toilet and the other stores the rechargeable Jackery battery)
Sink – 7″d x 11″ x 13″ stainless steel sink. Marina style foot pump water pump. I let the gray water drain in a bucket and pour it out. The clean sink water is stored in a 5 gallon container in the sink cabinets. Sink countertop measures 24″d x 40″w x 26″t.
Toilet – I have a basic porta potti installed inside one of the bench seats that can be easily accessed.

Powered off the Jackery in the van are led lights, phone chargers and multiple extension cords located on each side of the bed.
Storage – 1.) Large cabinet, 15″d x 12″w x 35″t with four shelves inside. 2.) Under the bed storage. 3.) Large slide out drawer located under bed and slides out the back of the van. I use this drawer for storing cooking items including a propane stove, dished, pans, dry foods. 4.) Under the sink is a two door cabinet with storage.
Privacy – Rear windows are tinted. I have also made blackout curtains along with sheer curtains throughout the camper to easily be dropped over the windows for privacy. I have also made Reflectix window coverings for insulation and privacy.
Insulation and flooring – The walls and doors are stuffed with 90 feet of insulation. The ceiling is insulated with PolyPro foam board insulation with pine covering. The floor is insulated with PolyPro foam board insulation with plywood on that and floating spill proof vinyl flooring on top.
Air Condition – Camper van AC works fine. Included is a portable AC unit with a super quiet inverter 2000 watt generator to power the AC. On a hot summer day the camper can be cooled down into the 60’s.
