She’s a great vehicle but she’s 30 years old and not perfect. Had some old minor water damage around the windows and the top front. Previous owner tried to fix it by some sort of sealant around the windows on the inside. I couldn’t get that gum off but I was able to fix the leaks from the outside no problem. As for everything else it’s pretty good the paint on the outside has blemishes here and there obviously. Small surface rust around one or two of the windows and some on the rain gutter but I have used rust preventative pain on that stuff.

Has a full kitchen & toilet with shower attachment. Replaced: Drum brake service, rear brake shoes, rear drum hardware kit. Remove & replace wheel cylinder (both) disc brake service, front hub & rotor assembly. Removed & replaced idler arm (both) Replaced both shock/strut assembly. Tires have lots of tread, no dry rot, New car battery, does need new house battery. Engine strong and well serviced no issues, belt squeaks a little after it rains when you first start it but no issues there it looks in good condition. 

It does have a gas water heater and furnace. The water heater does function with no issues. . I haven’t used the onboard heater. I always use an electric heater so I don’t have to worry about carbon monoxide issues with that. 

Rear seating was removed to accommodate more storage. Seats in the rear turn into a double bed. AC was removed but kept
