Juggernaut USA builds underbody armor and accessories for adventure vans, and installs them, from one shop in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, ten minutes from Denver.

We manufacture everything we sell. Parts are CNC plasma cut from 1/4 inch 5052-H32 aluminum plate, formed on a press brake, MIG welded and powder coated in house, with a lifetime warranty on structural parts. The van line covers the Ram ProMaster, Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit and Nissan NV: skid plate packages, catalytic converter shields, rear spare tire racks for Prime Design ladders, 2 inch front hitches, ditch light brackets and LED headlight kits. We also build generator and lithium battery skid plates for Winnebago Solis, Travato and Thor Sequence builds.

We also run a full service 4x4 install shop, fitting suspension lifts, wheels and tires, lighting, racks, hitches and armor, our own parts and other brands equally. Everything ships nationwide, and install instructions for every part are free on our site.<...
