Emery Custom Builds is a custom van conversion shop based in Costa Mesa, California. We build across all major platforms — Sprinters, ProMasters, and Transits — with builds ranging from clean, functional setups to fully loaded adventure rigs.

Every project starts with a one-on-one consultation where we talk through your plans, your budget, and what makes sense for how you actually want to use your van. From there, we put together a detailed build plan and quote broken down by system — no surprises, no hidden fees. You approve everything before we turn a wrench.

Our builds start at $30K and go up to $100K+ depending on scope. Whether you need a straightforward weekender or a full-time live-in rig with off-grid electrical, plumbing, and custom cabinetry, we'll build it right the first time. Every van gets a full systems test before handoff, and we walk you through everything before handing over the keys.
