Crystal River Customs is a custom van, RV, and overland builder located in Carbondale, CO. We specialize in 100% ground-up custom builds on cab-chassis and cargo/passenger van platforms. We take the time to get to know your individual wants and needs and build a vehicle that is truly unique to you.

All builds are completed with TIG and laser welded aluminum framing, and we face all frames with veneered honeycomb aluminum panels for extreme weight savings (think 500lbs-600lbs lighter in a van). This process allows us to eliminate ALL wood from the build (except for aesthetic finishes). We fabricate everything in house to strictly control the quality of our product.

We offer all services: design, build, repair, remodel, and upgrades on all makes and models.
