Camper Conversion:

Recently fully finished conversion, we took it on 2 weekend trips. Selling because it was a little too small to bring our dogs with us too.

3 mm Mylar/foam insulation on roof and sides. R-Value is 15. Floor is 1/2” closed cell foam with marine carpet on top.

Interior surfaces are covered in felt liner or paneled with 3/16” plywood.

3/4” maple ply construction on bed, drawer, and storage/counter. All construction is screwed and glued with a Polyurethane finish. Solid walnut cutting board is sealed with food grade mineral oil.

Drawers and cutting board are on heavy duty soft close drawer slides.

Convertible bed platform with 4” mattress. Sleeps 2 unflolded or 1 folded.

70 ah amg battery with a removable 30w solar panel and charge controller. This setup provides plenty of power for the interior led lights and 2 usb ports.

Dual zone overhead lights. The two front lights are separate from the rear four. There is also the stock door light that is turned on by the door opening and turns off after a few minutes.

1.5 gpm switched on-demand water pump with 5 gallon tank. Propane on-demand shower cranks out boiling hot water. Temp and flow rate is adjustable. 5 gallons gives you ~2 decent showers. Easy to remove and refill.

Huge under bed storage, accessible from either side.

Pop out side window, plus rear door slide up window keeps the camper cool at night.

Mini propane tank, solar panel, and high performance auto tensioning snow chains (never used) included.

Heavy duty cargo rack is included (not currently mounted), along with a Yakima hitch mount 2 bike rack. (I can have a reciever hitch added for additional cost).

Additional photos available.

Awesome minimalist van for weekend missions for 2 or longer solo travel.

Asking $35k obo.
