We built this van to be nimble and light and it really performs. Coming from an F-550 build, we wanted something that could take us further and get into places regular vans can't. We initially did a very quick and spartan build for a 5 month trip from California all through Alberta, BC then Alaska, and then back down through Montana and down into Mexico. We were able to take this into some truly amazing spaces that a 148” or taller roof Van couldn't possibly access.
When we got home I did a much more serious build out to prepare the van for sale which is what you see now. All of the interior is brand new and the main mechanical/electrical components have seen very little use.
I have a small high-end fabrication shop that does marine and other custom work. We also build campers. I tend to build things for my family, use them for a big trip and then sell them.
For reference, here is another recent build of mine, featured by Expedition Portal (link below). It was also covered by New Atlas and a few other expo blogs, and I'm happy to share that press if you're interested.

Entire exterior professionally coated in two-tone Raptor liner, green over black

Nitto Ridge Grappler LT265/75R16 tires (about 32")
Aluminess roof rack, with crossbar extensions for mounting bike racks

MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe roof vent
Swivels on both front seats, so they turn back into the cabin
The roof was laid out so a rooftop tent is easy to add if you want more sleeping space.
Interior:
Everything was built with an eye toward modularity.
All of the woodwork is custom 3/4" bamboo ply, light and extremely strong, installed with 1/4-20 stainless bolts into plusnuts set in the steel body. Trim comes off easily for service, and the threaded mounts and screw holding ability of the bamboo gives you very secure points for adding things.
All woodwork is finished in Rubio Monocoat, natural. It is easy to build additional pieces and match the finish.
Marathon Tweed upholstery
Two-seat rear bench with seatbelts, so the van seats four, with a storage drawer underneath. This whole bench complex is removable if a solo traveler or couple preferred and interior galley. We preferred to use a deployable galley which easily fits in the storage area.
East-west true queen bed, with a large storage area underneath
Dometic NRX 115C fridge in the main cabin, brand new
Window shades for every window
Every body cavity is filled with 3M Thinsulate. The van is extremely well insulated and quiet.
Electrical:
400Ah of Battle Born lithium (4 x 100Ah)
Victron MultiPlus 12/3000/120 inverter/charger
Complete Redarc TVMS RedVision system with the Manager30, with display control of the 12V circuits. Also allows for phone control of all components
Additional Redarc BCDC 40A alternator charger, for a total of 70A of charging while driving
200W of solar on the roof, easily expanded
30A shore power inlet
Blue Sea 120V panel with separate breakers
Marine-grade tinned wiring throughout
Water:
Ronco B305 40-gallon fresh water tank
Flojet water pump with a Shurflo accumulator and inline strainer
Clearsource Ultra water filtration system, built in
Van Life Outfitters Isotemp water heater kit, plumbed into the van's coolant system. You have hot water any time the van has been running, and it stays hot for hours. There is also a 120V circuit to heat water from the batteries during long stays, though we never needed it.
Shower and fresh water outlet at the rear of the van, for showers and cooking
Custom deployable water pump for pulling water from a creek far away from the van, through the pump and strainer and into the Clearsource system. AC powered for longer cable runs
Also included
Two 1Up bike racks with all mounting hardware
The Bug Wall screen system. It is not currently installed, since we took it out after Alaska, but it is easy to put back in
A note on heat: we originally had a heater and removed it because we never used it, even traveling all over Alaska. The van is still plumbed for a gasoline Espar if you want to add one.
