2017 Ford Transit 2WD

Hello! This is a great van converted by Peregrine Vans in Utah. It is a Ford Transit 350 XLT which means it has the biggest suspension (the 350 part) and the highest level of trim (the XLT). The van is a midroof which makes for better gas mileage but I can still almost stand upright in it at 6′ 2″.

Converting this van with these specs means that much of the work was already done – venting, windows, flooring, insulation – plus the suspension is built for 12-15 people so it drives like a car no matter how much gear you put in it.

There is an ingenious indoor/outdoor kichen with 6 gallon of fresh water plus grey water storage. Kitchen sink with water pump. Propane stove. All of this is built in to the slide out kitchen that can also be fully accessed inside the vehicle if you are camping in bad weather.

Queen sized bed sleeps a person sideways very comfortably even if 6 feet tall. Two back seats with full seat belts are removable.

Huge storage bay underneath the bed that could easily store a bike or even two. This is also where you will find: the battery, hotwater pump for a shower, portable heater, shore power access.

There is great lighting throughout including little lights for reading in bed.

The entire van is fitted out with magnetic window shades and mosquito netting from Van Essentials – this was the van that VE used for the template to create these for this model.

I’m selling as I no longer need it for paragliding competitions and my wife are on to other things.
