We’re selling our 2018 Ford Transit T-350 after several great years of family adventures. It’s been an extremely versatile family camper, combining Quigley true 4WD capability with a Sportsmobile West “50” layout and Colorado Camper Van powered pop-top.

One of our favorite things about this van is the balance between camping space and everyday drivability. The 148” wheelbase and low-roof Transit are considerably easier to maneuver, park and store than many large fixed high-roof vans, while the powered CCV pop-top provides excellent standing room, ventilation and a comfortable upper sleeping area.

Seats 5 with seatbelts and sleeps 4. The rear bench converts into a lower bed for two, while the CCV pop-top sleeps two adults upstairs.

The Sportsmobile interior includes Dove Grey cabinetry, passenger swivel seat, Lagun table, refrigerator, sink, 15-gallon fresh-water system, grey-water tank, exterior shower, Everpure water filtration, Espar gasoline furnace, microwave, shore power, MaxxFan and blackout curtains.

The van is also well equipped for off-grid camping with 420Ah of AGM house batteries, Magnum 2000W inverter/charger and 300W Renogy solar.

Adventure upgrades include a WARN ZEON Platinum 12-S winch, Van Compass winch mount/front receiver, skid plate and high-clearance shock brackets, Fox/Agile rear shocks, Aluminess rear bumper with swing-away spare and storage box, Continental TerrainContact A/T tires, auxiliary rear lighting and side steps.

Inside, upgrades include a Kenwood head unit with Apple CarPlay, Echomaster backup camera, upgraded speakers/amplifier and Dynamat sound deadening.

The van currently has 22,000 miles and has been lightly used primarily for camping and road trips. It has been extremely reliable for us, with no major mechanical repairs required during our ownership beyond normal maintenance. Oil changes have been performed using Mobil 1 synthetic oil, and the van has been regularly maintained and inspected.

The interior, cabinetry and camper systems remain in very good condition and everything functions as expected. Clean California title.

We’re only selling because our family’s travel patterns have changed and we simply aren’t using it enough anymore.
