Purchased from original mechanic/ Gentleman / owner in Thomaston, GA, who replaced the engine.
Gas / 33k miles on a replaced engine. Runs good, no issues.
Can send video of engine start up.
STILL....Starts up after sitting for a long time in the cold.
ALL is newly installed components. New Stove, New 100 gallon water tank, New 40 gallon additional water tank, New tires, and RIMS, New front brakes only , New pex plumbing, New DD battery water heater, New water pump, New cedar, New fixtures, New sink, shower ETC. Nothing has been used.
33,000 ON REPLACED ENGINE that runs well
V8 / 350ci (5.7L I believe)
It was built with some heavy wood and is NOT GOOD FOR any distance driving. Very slow, not easy to handle. Must be driven slowly (45 mph max) and carefully. Not ideal for long distance driving. Is not very stable due to too much weight in it.
Some TLC needed for aesthetics.....missing windshield TRIM,
New windshield WIPERS NEEDED.
New Odometer panel with light.
Passenger sliding window BROKEN OUT due to lawn service guys doing so and never replacing it.......(how nice).
Driver side has no door
Driver side window is not working, needs work.

WATER TANK FLUID outside under rig.
New locking mechanism $70, however needs better install.
External water FILL PORT.
External SHORE POWER port/plug
Internal breaker box, kill switches, PANEL WITH SWITCHES, USB PLUGS.
Slave plug / internal for household plugs / when powered by inverter.
LARGE SPACE / SLOT FOR : INVERTER AND ROW OF BATTERIES ETC.
House Battery in it's own box under steps upon entry.
External WATER FILL spout / port.
$250 special inner "switch" to release tank liquids outside under rig.
Additional inside USB panels and 12v panels throughout.
LED pocket lights overhead / for optional use.
Windows are very small .
Could use a new suspension and rear system if one wants to "update" it.
Shift handle is loose / floppy / needs work.
Other dash buttons not really functioning or unknown use.
Wipers work, but the blades are missing.......
Extra shielding and 4" thick INSULATION was placed in the walls.
HUGE vehicle, strong, no rust
Slight small scrape minor 2" dent one one side.
THE BACK outside WALL is peeling off paint -- build errors -- easy to remedy, change it.
MASSIVE space / UNLIMITED POTENTIAL.
Would make a great food truck, or stationary ideas such as an:
office, tool truck, pet house, play house, Man cave, Greenhouses/plant Growing space, or tiny home . Reluctant seller .......due to its potential.
