4 Season Gear Hauler w/ Bench Seat

Designed for long term boondocking, being fully sustainable off-grid during winter, and to fuel all outdoor adventures requiring lots of gear!

The combination of a sage brush exterior, red dirt colored interior accents, and natural wood toned cabinetry reflect the natural beauty and desert landscapes of Utah and Arizona. Underneath these beautiful materials is 8020 aluminum framing, baltic birch, marine hardware, Timberline heating, Victron components, and ample storage.

Our favorite part of this van is the storage space. The garage can hold different combinations of 8 totes, 4 bikes, 8 spare wheels, camp chairs and skis. You can live in the van but more importantly, you can live OUT of it too – bring all your gear for activities and have easy access with the shelving and drawers. 

Custom ‘innies’ provide E-W sleeping on the cozy mattress with 73”! Designed for dogs in mind too – there’s plenty of floorspace as well as the extra bench seat. There’s also room for a little one – the bench seat has car seat clips and when folded up, the floor can accommodate a Pack & Play.

The kitchen has everything you could want with room for a toaster oven, microwave, induction cooktop, food prep storage items and food storage. The galley door under the bed fits the small Trelino portable toilet. There is a built-in foldaway faucet on the sink, fridge/freezer, and custom pee tube for times when you gotta go, on the go. The second row seat folds away and the Lagun table can be mounted on the passenger or driver side.

The electric system is Engineered by TREK Systems in Denver. House battery is 12V, 300 amp hours. Battery heater installed especially for winter use – to maintain lithium battery temp above freezing. Victron charge controllers and 3000 kVa inverter. (Good for running the microwave and toaster oven!) 800 watts of solar panels passively charge the house battery. Nations 220amp second alternator and wakespeed controller charges the house battery while driving/ during an idle. 120v outlets purposely located for computer charging, countertop appliances such as kettle or cooktop or instant pot, as well as under the sink for a dust buster. USBs located throughout the living area and bedside for charging and auxiliary fans. External shore power hookup.

Van upgrades: the van is 2016 extended, high roof. The engine was replaced at 177k miles and now has 38k miles on it. The build is brand-new within the year.

Heating/ Cooling:

1. MaxxAir Fan over the bed
2. Fixed window in sliding door, half slider in second position driver side, bunk slider windows on each side of bed for great cross flow on warm summer nights
3. Timberline hydronic air and water heater: heat exchanger with two air blowers – one in the galley facing towards the front of the van, and one in the garage. Heating proven at 11,000′ in winter and keeps the van cozy!
