We have a commercial fleet RV insurance already set up, to transfer details to new owner (policy ends and renews in September anyways).

Traditional Trails features:

Two distinct sleeping areas. The rear pull-out sleeping area measures 72″ × 30″ (converts from the rear sofas, we have upgraded this section with a foam mattress from Costco to add a few inches on both side of sofa conversion set up!) and the SkyBed (pop-top roof), that upper sleeping area measures 80″ × 50. Each sleeping area is equipped with organic linens and comforters.

Bathroom essentials include lotions, face wash, extra towels, blow dryer and more.

A kitchen stocked with SNACKS, some farm fresh eggs from our chickens, fresh baked sourdough bread made fresh by yours truly. (Artisan, sliced sandwich or English muffin upon request). Most items needed to eating and drinking, coffee, waffle maker, food storage items, plenty to wash & dry dishes with, and more! Inquire for a specific item if you’d like.

Outdooor items for hosting and serving include 4 camp chairs, a large picnic beach blanket, folding table and more upon request.
