2027 LV5 Backcountry Launch Edition

The LV5 Backcountry sits right in the middle of our lineup, and we think that’s right in the sweet spot. At 19.6 feet long, it’s big enough to live in for weeks at a time without feeling cramped, and small enough to drive every day, park in town, and tuck into a forest road hidden away from all responsibilities (if you so choose). It’s the size most folks land on once they actually walk through all three models.

Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed layout that makes the most of every inch: your choice of a short queen, short king, or full-size bed with bedside wardrobe, moveable Lagun table, expanded kitchen, generous gear storage, and a hideaway Trelino composting toilet. The LV5 footprint gives you more room to spread out, more counter space to cook on, and more storage for longer trips without giving up the agility of a daily-driveable van.

Our simplified Backcountry systems are easy to maintain and easy to power up, with standard solar, lithium batteries, and heating to keep you comfortable wherever the road takes you.

It’s a balanced, road-tested van that gives you the comfort to live in it and the capability to disappear when you want to. The perfect basecamp for weekend escapes, multi-week adventures, and everything in between.
