At OBAV, we’re passionate about crafting the ultimate adventure vehicles – specifically on the Mercedes Sprinter chassis.

Based in Tucson, AZ, we’re a small team dedicated to handcrafting high-quality, four-season adventure vans. Our vanlife journey began in 2018 when we built our first van as a mobile workspace for our video production company, allowing us to work while traveling across the U.S. That experience gave us firsthand insight into what makes a van truly capable, reliable, and easy to service - qualities that now define every OBAV build. We officially started building vans for others to enjoy in 2020.

Every OBAV van is built by hand, using high-end, marine-grade components to ensure durability in even the most demanding conditions. We design our vans to be easily serviceable and ready for whatever vanlife throws your way.
