This is the one you’ve been waiting for. A 2021 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 144″ High Roof Van with the 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel BlueTEC, 7G-TRONIC automatic, and just 17,000 miles.
Runs perfectly, no mechanical issues whatsoever. Professionally converted by Nova Conversions in La Jolla, CA (Bandido Build), then significantly upgraded with a premium electrical system and adventure-ready gear. Road and off-road ready for your next big adventure.
WHY THIS VAN
The diesel V6 is the engine you want, bulletproof reliability, incredible fuel economy for a vehicle this size, and serious towing capability (5,000 lbs). At 17k miles, this drivetrain is barely broken in. The 144″ wheelbase is the sweet spot: long enough to live in comfortably, short enough to park anywhere and navigate tight mountain roads. The high roof means you’re standing up inside, not crouching down.
THE BUILD (Nova Conversions, La Jolla, California – Bandido Build)
Full professional conversion including Dometic 2000 RTX 12V air conditioning, Isotherm 12V refrigerator with freezer compartment, farmhouse sink with hot water heater, 32-gallon water storage, outdoor shower, Dometic 962 portable toilet, Flarespace flares that comfortably sleep someone 6’5″, surround sound speaker system, and beautiful interior finishing throughout. Flatline Van Co roof rack and side ladder up top.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (Massively Upgraded)
This is where this van separates itself from the pack. The electrical system has been built out with top-tier components: Renogy REGO 12V 400Ah lithium battery bank, Victron MultiPlus inverter/charger (with Digital Multi Control panel), Renogy Rover 40A MPPT solar charge controller, Renogy 40A DC-DC battery charger, and 300W Renogy rooftop solar. Four USB chargers and three AC outlets throughout. You can run the A/C, fridge, charge laptops, and power whatever you need fully off-grid.
UPGRADES & ADVENTURE GEAR
Every upgrade on this van was chosen for a reason:
- BFGoodrich Baja Champion LT245/70R17 all-terrain tires on Method Race Wheels (matte black) – Looks incredible and handles dirt, sand, and snow
- Overland Vehicle Systems HD Nomadic 270-degree awning with bracket kit – Massive shade footprint, sets up in seconds, adds 129 square feet of outdoor covered living space
- Yakima EXO Swing-Away Hitch Rack System — 2 bikes, gear, extra storage without blocking rear door access
- Upgraded Audio – Kenwood Apple CarPlay head unit up front, Jensen LCD touchscreen in the rear living area
- Diesel Heater for Cold Nights — Sips fuel and keeps the cabin toasty
- Passenger Swivel Seat – Spin it around and you’ve got extra living room seating
- Traction Pads – For off road recovery
- Plus much, much more
FACTORY FEATURES WORTH NOTING

TRANSPARENCY ON CONDITION
I believe in being upfront. This van is in excellent condition overall with a few minor signs of real-world use: a few small scratches, 2-3 tiny dents, one interior floorboard that gives a little bit, two small rock chips on the windshield that have been professionally filled, and the rear stereo system needs a switch installed so it doesn’t drain the battery. The one notable item is a large crack in the driver’s side rear side window – I’m pricing this into the ask, and replacement is straightforward (~$400-500). Everything mechanical and electrical works perfectly, and this van has been cared for like our first child.
