We bought it brand-new in 2020, moved into it in January 2022, and have lived/road-tripped in it about 90% full-time until February of this year. It’s been the perfect basecamp for us cyclists, hikers, and people who love gear, movement, and easy living.

2. To insulate the floors, we lifted the plywood and placed roughly 1 inch of pink foam board insulation.

Water + Shower

1. 30-gallon over-wheel-well fresh tank
2. Double-filtered drinking water system
3. Instant hot water heater in the rear, runs off propane. Heats the sink and the shower/sprayer off the back of the van.
4. Outdoor shower setup in back
5. Indoor shower is possible – tub set up in small bench with kitchen faucet as “shower”
6. No toilet but one can fit in the small bench
