This van was professionally built out by OGA Vans in Frederick, MD with furniture built/created/installed by owner. Solid wood and anchoring for all pieces used within. This van has had regular maintenance with receipts (oil changes every 6 months, etc). One awning anchor allowed a small leak this past year which was caught immediately and the weak spot was caulked. Nothing else to note.

•prior to COVID, this cargo van was converted into a nursing home shuttle bus — and an enforced 1-piece steel floor was placed in the (entire) rear, which deterred me from drilling into it (hence no plumbing or fancy toilet), BUT, adds extra protection to the underside from rust. When consulting to have it removed, I was told to keep it—and that this van will last forever due to the extra layer of steel. The heater being in the center of the floor (hidden within the upper bed step), was placed there because it had to be — that’s where the shuttle heater had been also.
