Selling my ugly princess Beatrice! She has taken me and my family from the East Coast to the West and everywhere in between! I used her for work as a travel nurse and have created unforgettable memories. I am selling because of a life change that has made it impossible for me to use her as much as I'd like, and my doggy is getting too old for our adventures :( She runs great, is ready to go, and is looking for her new owner. She was built by a professional company and had one previous owner

These have been replaced within the last 4 years:

tires in 2023, have not been driven on much since

Bosch water heater

The brakes and brake pads were replaced just before buying her, in 2020.

She seats 2 with seatbelts and an additional 2 seats in the back, with a pull-out table. The kitchen has a 2-burner propane stove, and the sink has a 5-gallon grey water tank. My favorite part is the built-in shower where you can rinse off with hot water after your adventures. There is a new cassette toilet as well, barely used. The bed has a super comfortable full/queen memory foam mattress and is surrounded by windows on each side. Under the bed is a large garage to store all your toys (paddle boards, longboards, tents, camping supplies) and a 20-gallon fresh water tank. There is also a pull-out fridge under the bed. There is an ample amount of cabinets, with a giant hanging closet that will fit all your needs. In the winter, you can stay cozy due to the diesel heater that will warm the rig up in minutes!

Things that need attention:

-some rust on the body, pictures attached.

-dent by the headlight and by the left rear tire

-The sliding side door currently does not open very well. I had it at a shop, and they replaced some parts of the handle; however, a mechanism in the bottom of the door will need to be worked on. The mechanic left the cover off, so it's accessible

-the roof fan does not work but I could replace it prior to sale (about $200)
