My name is Gregg. I was a tent guy up until I bought a 2018 Airstream Bambi 22FB. It was gorgeous. I’ve always thought Airstreams were the coolest. The classiest. And they are, but I eventually realized that I’m a van guy at heart. So, I sold the coolest thing I’d ever owned and bought a 2023 Ford Transit AWD. I wanted to build the travel vehicle that I wanted. It wouldn’t have unnecessary features that never get used. It wouldn’t substitute beauty for quality yet would still be aesthetically pleasing. It would be what I wanted for myself, right now. It was so much fun. Figuring out what I wanted, planning it and then building it. What a satisfying thing for me. I honestly enjoyed it so much that I decided that I wanted to keep doing it. I enjoyed building it and I wish more people had the ability to live on the road how they want for as long as they want.
