Camping Features
We used the van 2-3 weeks a year (our last trip was last fall around the Olympic peninsula) and long weekends for camping. Most of the time, it was a comfortable 7 passenger family hauler. Here are the removable camping items:
3 drawer sink cabinet containing 6 gal water & waste tank, USB rechargeable faucet, & 1K Watt microwave. (We did all cooking outside except in the microwave). Porta Potti with custom cabinet & soft close top that doubles as a seat or ottoman. Magnetically secured window shade for slider door window. Curtains & adjustable rod that fits behind front seats for sleeping privacy. Front window air vent inserts (pair) with screens.110/12V portable power station for campsites without electrical hookups. 110V. Electric heater/fan. Trifold 6″ memory foam queen mattress in zipper case.(overkill but wife liked comfy mattress) Power strip was mounted behind front seat with plug terminating under drivers seat area making it easy to access from underneath the van.(I wanted to avoid drilling holes in body just for an electrical outlet). Heavy duty extension cord & adapter for campground outlet. Tarp for slider door area to keep area clean.
This is an amazing camping, road trip, or family van with luxury comfort. It’s hard to find these in such clean condition with low miles. Only selling because we are downsizing. Wife now favors B&Bs.
