Standard Features:
20.5 feet long, 8 feet tall, 7 ft 4 in wide so can just fit in normal parking spaces (unlike 1 foot longer newer models) Natural lighting: panoramic back windows, kitchen skylight, custom blinds throughout Gets about 17 MPG on premium gasoline. 140,000 mile odometer, so has about 60k miles left in it. Tank toilet, propane stove + heater, sink, Norcold fridge.
Custom Features:
400W solar panels, controller, inverter, and 2 lead acid batteries so entirely off grid with 220 amp hours Laminate hard floors, custom desk and chair, full body mirror, cutting board sink cover. No AC, but roof fan causes a wind tunnel effect which is sufficiently cooling Triple water filter on the drinking faucet. Queen RV mattress (integrated spring and padding) placed widthwise.

Known Issues:
Ugly exterior: several un-aesthetic bumps + scrapes on exterior and a missing side panel. Cab AC does not blow very cold currently, though mechanics have fixed this in the past. I am 6’1” and can only stand up straight in the doorwell and the kitchen, FYI Shower drain is caulked up on purpose, generator never started, shade awning arm broken. It’s a 29 year old vehicle so things break all the time. But it’s been taken good care of.
