Crystal River Customs is a custom van, RV, and overland builder located in Carbondale, CO. We specialize in 100% ground-up custom builds on cab-chassis and cargo/passenger van platforms. We fabricate everything in house to strictly control the quality of our product.

All custom TIG and Laser welded frames. On-demand hot water. Thermostat controlled air heater. 13+- hours of A/C use from the battery bank. 400w of solar. 50amp charging while driving. Huge sink. Outdoor shower with hot water. 41 gallons of fresh water. Custom electronically actuated bed system (flip a switch, bed folds itself into a couch, flip a switch, couch folds itself into an almost king-sized bed). All systems are designed and built for easy and straightforward troubleshooting and repair. Van is prewired for Starlink and can be installed free of charge at time of purchase.

The van is a 2022 with 4000+- miles. It has never been used (no one has slept in the rig). We built this as a show/demo vehicle for two show seasons. It has only been driven to shows and stored indoors. As a show vehicle, this van has all the bells and whistles.
