What is the “Roundup”?
Imagine a used rig lot—but right in the heart of a Camper Van Expo. The VLT Roundup is our exclusive, in-person marketplace where you can browse, compare, and buy campervans that are listed on our site—all in one place. We partner with top expo hosts to create a dedicated “For Sale” lot, giving you the chance to see and explore vans of all shapes and sizes in real life before making a purchase. Whether you’re buying or just dreaming, this is your chance to experience vanlife up close and personal!

What's included in a "Basic" ticket?
– Space for 1 van in the Roundup lot – Free Basic listing – VLT branded For Sale sign – Seller talking points
What's included in a "Premium" ticket?
– Premium space for 1 van – Free Premium listing ($99) – VLT Branded For Sale sign – Seller talking points – Jonlife tour to be posted at the event on VLT Instagram – Merch!
I'm a professional builder, can I have a spot in the Roundup?
The lot is for private sellers only, no branding or booth set ups outside of the VLT set up is allowed in the lot.
Will my van sell?
We can’t promise sales but we have seen vans driven off the lot! All about the price and the build!
Can I camp?
Camping is allowed at these events! There are no hookups at the Roundup lot. Most locations have bathroom and shower facilities. Please see the Adventure Van Expo website for location specifics.
Do I have to camp?
You don’t have to sleep in your van! We only ask that owners or someone repping the owner be present during the event open hours.
When can I load in/out?
You will receive event specific info once you purchase your ticket. Usually for Saturday events, load in will be Friday afternoon. Load out is no earlier than 3p on Sundays.

How do I have a safe van purchase transaction?
Vanlife Trader does not participate in sales transactions. We leave this up to the buyers and sellers to navigate. However, if you feel a third party is needed, we recommend using our partners at KeySavvy. Read more in our resource on safe transactions!

How do I buy a van I see for sale on your Instagram?
Contact the seller through form on the listing page. If the seller lists their social media handle or phone number you can contact them there as well. When you fill out the form on a listing the seller will receive an email and respond via email.
