Conversion

● 1” floor framing with R6 insulation, 1⁄2” subfloor, and Life Proof flooring.

● Interior components and framing to be constructed of 80/20 (1.5 x 1.5

ultralight smooth extruded aluminum. Properly secured with 3/16”

corner brackets, carriage bolts, washers, nylock nuts and lock tight.

● Main van body walls, ceiling, sliding door and rear doors to be treated

with Kilmat sound dampening, and Thinsulate and Reflectix insulations.

● Main van body walls, ceiling, sliding door and rear doors to be covered

in appropriate thickness plywood, acoustic deadening wall foam and

tweed fabric.

● Aluminum covered kitchen exterior and separation wall.

● CRL awning style window in the kitchen, sliding door, and drivers side

sleeping area.

● Flarespace bedroom area extensions on both driver and passenger

sides.

● 32 gallon fresh water tank with exterior water fill.
