WHAT IS UNIQUE TO THIS VAN
STORAGE, STORAGE AND MORE STORAGE! Everything you could think for a cozy home on wheels this van has included.
The van features a 4-in-1 area that can go from a dining room table/workspace to a couch or a bed. The table also opens up to reveal extra storage which works as a makeup vanity currently but may be used to store laptops or art supplies or anything else you’d like.
With multiple areas that feature recessed shelving you will have much more room to store clothes or needed supplies.
One of the benches also features a space to charge laptops, cameras ,or other electronics when not in use.
The kitchen offers over 24 spice jars underneath the cabinet to save on space along with a fruit and vegetable nook to store extra produce or whatever else you may like (you can steep tea in sun in the summer!)
The bathroom features recessed shelving so you don’t have to waste space in a drawer or bump into a hanging bag of toiletries every time you wash your hair.
There is a waterproof laundry nook to store dirty clothes after a day of hiking, a book shelf in the living room and a second in the bedroom, and a built in jewelry box in the bedroom as well. There is also a place to place your hot cup of joe on both sides of the bed for those lazy mornings.
A hidden compartment for money or legal documents and extra laptop storage is featured in the bench area.
Also features extra outdoor storage, an outdoor pop-up table, and the ability to take showers outside.
Wifi
Featuring a cell booster you can double your cell signal which works great when tethering your phone for work or in more remote wilderness areas.
Electricity
The battery bank can be charged from the engine inverter, the 525w of solar, or the shore power plug on the rear of the van.
Shower, Water & Toilets
The 33-gallon freshwater tank provides enough water to clean dishes and take showers throughout the week and the water heater can be used when plugged into shore power for hot showers anytime you’d like. The grey tank is located on the bottom of the vehicle with a heating pad to prevent freezing and can be emptied by flipping a switch in the vehicle. It features a Nature’s Head composting toilet rather than cassette to keep odors out of the van. Easy to clean and use!
Heating & Cooling
The Webasto heater and heavy wool insulation allows you to keep a comfortable temperature in the van,. The heater runs directly from the gas tank and uses very little fuel (1 gallon for 3-4 days of heating). There is one maxx air fan in the kitchen and provides a breeze with the windows open at night during the summer months.
Outdoor Storage & Features
Featuring a ladder and roof rack, you can easily get on top of the van for excellent viewing of wildlife or to get into your extra storage on top. This is a great place to keep emergency items or seasonal gear when not in use. There are also 2 clothesline (1 outside and 1 in the shower) to dry off your towels and swimsuits after a day at the lake.
What else is Included?
The van comes with magnetic insulated coverings for all windows, a swiveling passenger chair, and professionally made seat cushions.
Owners & History
This van has been a labor of love and our home for 4 years. We have regularly serviced and maintained the van without issue. But now is the time for us to try our skills at something new in life. We hope you will love her as much as we have!
Insurance
Unlike many other van conversions we were able to get this van fully insured as an RV so that the van conversion is actually covered through Allstate. We are happy to give you our agents info.
