This van was my home off and on since 2019, when I finished the build out. It has a composting toilet, oven/stove with 5 gal propane tank, two solar panels and goal zero 1500 watt system. Sink with electric water pump. 20 gallon water and grey water tank. Dometic fridge. Extra storage under the bed – closets under the mattress and ample storage cubbies accessible via the back doors. Could use with some new tires soon. I did take out the one cabinet over the bed and the computer/TV screen. Living area seats 4 for a meal or a drink comfortably and sleeps two. The other cabinet on the side of the kitchen has a night light installed underside. It has a full size bed with small skylight over it. Ample lighting on a dimmer switch. Lights installed over the sink/stove as well. Max fan and vent. Pull out dining table. Got a new transmission when I bought it from its original owner in 2018.
I was recently hit in a low speed fender bender and it needs about $7k worth of repairs to get it back on the road, maybe a little more if you want it looking 'pretty'. It needs a new tie rod, windshield, and passenger door and seat need to be replaced since airbag deployed. Suspension needs a tweak and the cargo door, while it works, needs to be pounded out a bit. It turns on and runs just fine, and once those repairs are completed, should run for another 100K miles.
It was a cozy little home on the road and could make a great ‘guest cottage’ if you tow and park it. Or, if you have a shop and can fix it up using used parts, could double or triple your money.
