2019 Mercedes Sprinter Van 2500 4x4 diesel-144-high top
46,000 miles
Original White-Now with grey wrap
I have just about every aftermarket part for the exterior and interior of this thing that you can get, all top of the line, owl vans accessories, Baja designs lights, rugged designs roof rack etc.. I will list everything below. I have put way more into this thing than I will ever get back, but I understand that. And I am being extremely fair with the price considering everything. I see people selling vans for 220k+ with much less aftermarket accessories and less quality parts/accessories.
Rebuild title- I purchased the van 2 years ago, it had a rebuild title when I bought. I did extensive research as to why it was a rebuild title, and spoke to the business that did the repairs before buying. It had 8K miles on it when I bought it, and has never given me one problem relating to the rebuild title or anything for that matter. It was in a small front end accident, and for some reason they considered it totaled. There was also a lien on the vehicle for a year or so pervious, so I really think this being in an “accident” at the time and being considered totaled, was some sort of insurance scam or way to get out of having the lien on it. Anyways the damage was minor front end damage. I contacted the business during my due diligence, and the company in California who re built the bumper and front, said the damage was very minimal and common, and was easily fixed. I saved about 13k form the price compared to what ones from the same year and miles were being sold for at the time.
I did the build out for the inside. Its a cool functional build out for sure, but I definitely understand it not a “professional” build out from a major company. I also understand that there are things that aren’t finished, the finishing work never got completed, and the last year of having it I kinda just gave up on completing it all the way. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t function, it actually functions and works very well.
There are a few things that need work, like the wrap be redone or taken off, as we wrapped the door jambs too and they are bubbling up, but other than the wrap as a whole is fine. The DEF tank has a minor leak on the top half of it from the original front end damage that they never replaced, and then the interior needs finished or a make over or completed or whatever you want to do with it. All the components are there and work like new.
I don’t really wanna sell this thing, as I love it and have fun with it, but I would rather have a piece of land right now and build a home, and selling this will help me get there faster so here I am.
So with considering all I listed above, I believe I priced it very very fairly and way under what any other van with all these accessories would be priced for. Even if you decided to gut the interior, and have it professionally built out, using all the components I have, you could still be into it for far less than the ones going for 220k+, and have it far more tricked out than theirs, still having great value for what you pay for it.. I’m not hurting to sell this thing, so don’t come at me with some crazy low ball offers, I won’t even respond. Serious buyers only, and I will gladly send more pics and info or come meet to view in person and answer any questions you have, not trying to hide anything or any information. But the van has been great for me and never given me one single problem in the 2 years I’ve had it.
