62,500- tires replaced with Michelin Agilis Cross Climate; has Discount Tire replacement certificate and free rotate and balance (just rotated at 66,400)

Van originated from the south and has been stored inside during the winters of our ownership. 

This van has a remarkable amount of storage. We particularly preferred the larger fridge with separate freezer, and the filtered water system.

Converted two years ago (conversion done by an individual with a background in cabinet making and other pertinent skills; he has done several vans on the side, no official business).
