2015 Ford Conversion van with 158k miles. 80% complete with most of the heavy lifting already done. The build pretty much followed faroutride.com’s instructions on their van. Additional supplies including sheeps wool insulation are included.

Please note that the last photo shows the insulation being installed and the wall has been installed over that sections as shown in other photos.

She needs final trim out and some plumbing to be complete.

The not so good:

1) The DEF filter occasionally has intermittent faults. The Van is eligible for a free replace DEF filter from Ford through 2025. I just had her to Ford and the DEF filter is working fine so they would not replace it. Ford did find faults for the EGR valve and the Def heater system. Ford’s estimate for replacing these items is around $2500.00. Internet estimates for both of these repairs is around $1500.00 but please confirm with your mechanic.
