If you’re looking for a camper that is spacious, comfortable, has all the amenities and is priced under 150k, this is the perfect van for you! Looking to sell ASAP so I can make room in my shop for other projects. I’m open to all offers.
Recently renovated the seating/dining area. Pictures with charcoal cushions and swivel Lagun table are current.
2021 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 High Roof 170” wheelbase, only 7,200 miles!
This van conversion comes with tons of storage, all the amenities you need, and a perfectly balanced living space— a tiny home on wheels.
It was professionally built by Rooster Renovations, LLC with the electric and plumbing done by a qualified RV mechanic, the windows and fans installed by a professional automative window installer and the carpentry done by a professional carpenter.
This van is fully customized and converted to fit your off grid and/or campsite needs. The three 100 amp hour batteries are charged via the inverter, solar panels and shore power. You can charge while you drive, while you sit in the sun and/or while parked near a 120v or 220v outlet. The Dometic RTX 1000 12v AC unit will keep you cool during the day and while you sleep at night. At 60 watts, the 1.6 cu.ft. 12v Bodega fridge is a perfect size to keep your food and drink cool while not draining your batteries. You can run the fridge for 60 hours on a single charge. You can run the AC for 3 hours on a single charge.
Unlike most vans with mattresses that cram side-to-side, the 170” wheel base allows a mattress that spans from back to front. Giving you 5’10” of horizontal sleeping space while still allowing 7’6” of living space. The memory foam mattress measures 59”x70” and is comfortable for two people. The van also boasts 6’2” ceilings so you can stand comfortably while moving around the van.
Another perk this van offers above others is the vast amount of storage space. You have around 80 cubic feet of storage throughout the van (26 in the main living area and 54 under bed).
There are six light switches in the van that control a total of 13 LED lights. You can easily customize your lighting based on where you are and what you are doing. Also, at 3 watts/ light, you can run the lights for 92 hours on a single charge.
The 45 PSI water pump only draws 8 amps and can be switched off when not in use. There is a series of water cutoffs that allow you to personalize where your water is pumped, i.e. water heater, sink. There is easy access to the water tank and you can fill with a quick release adapter (included).
The lovely stainless steel sink drains into a 5 gallon grey water tank. The tank is connected to a shutoff valve that can be closed or opened with an easily accessible handle. When closed, water will fill the tank. When opened, water will flow though the tank and out a pipe that runs underneath the van. You can store the grey water then dump it when at an appropriate dump site or allow it to dump as you use it. You also have the option to pull the tank out and dump manually. The tank is connected to a water meter so you will know how full the tank is.
The propane water heater is connected to both the shower and sink. It is accessible via sliding doors underneath bed.
The three 100ah lithium ion batteries are located under the bed and are accompanied by all the fuses, chargers, and wiring. It is easily accessed via sliding doors that can be removed for maintenance. There is a battery cut off that allows you to switch off power to the fuse boxes. This ensures your batteries are not being drained and appliances are not being used while storing or transporting the vehicle.
The van is fitted with brand new 16×8 Black Rhino Stadium wheels and Falken Wildpeak All Terrain tires. The tires have less than 500 miles on them.
It is also fitted with Flatline Van Co’s Low Pro Roof Rack and ladder as well as a Fammia retractable awning.
The Thetford portable toilet is located under the bed and is easily accessed via a drawer with a locking handle. If a toilet is not needed, you will simply have more storage space.
There is a pull out sled in back of van where you can store luggage and gear. The drawer locks into place so will not move while driving.
Be at home on the road with this tiny cottage on wheels!
