Low miles (20,500), clean title, no reported accidents, completed mechanic pre-inspection, pink slip in hand. Floor to ceiling height is 63", bed measures 54"x72." I am the second owner. First owner was a rental company. Very clean inside and out, a sweet, cozy van very lightly used due to family medical issues.

Following Build performed by Pacific Cre, San Francisco:

· Polyiso insulation and Killmat Sound dampening installed on walls and ceiling.

· Framing: Added 1/2 plywood strips fastened with stainless steel machined screws to the ceiling ribs. The finished walls are 5/8 ply fastened straight to the metal ribs with stainless steel machined screws.

· The subfloor is bolted down with 1/4 in stainless steel bolts.

· Cabinets: are attached to both wood blocking in the cavities and also attached directly into the metal ribs using stainless steel machined screws (tougher than regular wood to metal screws).

· Rear sliding storage drawer with adjustable partitions.

· Center floor compartment under bed
