Van was converted before my purchase and I have put another ~ $8,000 in upgrades and maintenance.

4cy Turbo Diesel that gets 24 MPG!!! Runs PERFECT. Diesel… just broken in!!!

UPDATE 4/24: Forgot to add – Turbo system under warranty by Mercedes due to lawsuit by California against the company. (Due to exhaust/emissions levels produced)!

Small kitchen area with granite counters and SS sink, fridge/freezer combo and Stainless Steel microwave. Bathroom with SHOWER and sink (no toilet – cassette toilet [aka porta-potty] has always been used), and a queen sized bed in the rear. I I installed 1 swivel on the passenger seat and purchased one for the driver seat (needs to be installed – very simple, 4 bolts), so that the seats become a “living room” and can be used as seating while parked. 

40 gallon water tank with filtration, 6 gallon hot water heater. 2 house batteries, standard 120v outlets as well as DC outlets throughout the RV for charging laptops, etc. Van also has Solar on the roof. New cell phone extender that gets your WiFi data card and cell phones AMAZING reception. (Makes for PERFECT WFH travel van)

Carrying basket on back of van is connected via the hitch and carries a Honda ‘quiet’ 2200 generator and gas cans to plug in the the vans shore power cord/plug for recharging the house batteries and also running microwave, fridge, etc for off-grid camping. I get at least 1 week – 10 days of camping off-grid with the generator.

Insulated window coverings inside give complete black-out privacy for “stealth camping” in the city, but can also be removed at the beach, giving an AMAZING open feel.

New tires within 7,000 miles. New rims. New paint.

I just had $1,500 of service done (new shocks, all fluids flushed, new brake pads, new fuel pump) because I was going to ship the van to Maui where it will rent out for $300 A DAY and stay booked EVERY DAY OF THE MONTH for 6 months a year ($54,000 gross revenue), but I just don’t have time to handle the bookings.
