This van DOES NOT have an AC unit or gas/diesel heater. We have used it in the winter months with an electric oil radiator and it keeps it plenty warm for 2 people. The ventilation with the Maxxair fans and screen window on the sliding door keep plenty of airflow during the PNW summers as well, so we never felt the need to upgrade either of those HVAC areas. The front cabin has a 3 person bench seat, it DOES NOT have swivel seats.
