Conversion Details

Fiamma 3 meter Freedom Awning with standard silver-toned vinyl awning. Silver case. Installed on the left side above the sliding door. 

Insulation: Sound-deadening Thermozite insulation, gray carpet wall kit. 

Interior lights package (6 LED lights on a dimmer). 

Electrical package, 110v power system with inverter. Dual capacity battery bank with charging relay to vehicle battery. 2000W Xantrex Freedom HF inverter/charger, shore power plug installed on exterior of vehicle. 110 volt outlets (requires shore power or inverter); outlets plus interior wiring and service panels. GFI on inverter. 

USB outlets, side-by-side, next to 110 outlets. (Right side beside kitchen galley). 

Maxxair Deluxe electric in/out fan with rain shield. Remote on the left side beside the slider door. 

Special order laminate flooring (Yale Blue, with t-molding). 

Wood interior upgrade to cedar. Includes cedar on rear doors. 

Swivel passenger seat.

Kitchen cabinet/galley. 58w x 24d x 36h. Includes three deep drawers (left), 2-6 gallon containers in the water storage cabinet (middle), fridge area (right). Butcher Block countertop. 

Norcold 3.1 dual electric refrigerator – 30h x 20.5w x 20.125d. 

Two cabinets above/length of kitchen galley. 

SMEV sink and dual burner propane stove, includes regulator kit, drain kit, electric pump and switches (below sink: 6 gallon water containers–one gray, one clean). 

Bed platform is larger than a queen but not quite a king. Sleeps two medium-sized adults easily as well as taller adults over 6ft. Bed can also be turned into rear-facing seat by sliding platform boards into slots. (Could also turn into front-facing seat if table is removed.) Gray zipper covered foam pads to fit the bed as a mattress. Topper memory foam mattress (IKEA) is also included.

4 storage cubbies, right and left, below bed platform. Open space (“garage”) under bed platform. (See rear photo) 

2 fork mount tracks installed into garage floor for bike storage under the bed.

Left-side storage box seat with pad next to slider door. Door on front side opens to store toilet. A “Porta Potti Curve.” (Approx box dimensions 18w x 18d x 17w). Cassette toilet included.

Swing out table under bed platform; leg attached to right side under platform. 

Two-section cabinet above bed on right side (60″ total).  

All drawers and cabinets have push buttons that secure them during driving. 

Slider windows on each side, near rear. 33w x 11h. Small shelf on window ledge. CRL T-vent windows, one on slider door, one above galley. 

Insulated black-out curtains made of heavy material with insulation sandwiched within. Snaps and snap tabs on van allow them to be rolled/snapped up when open, fall down when unsnapped. All windows covered. Separate front/cab insulated curtain snaps into place around windows.

2020 additons:

Propane cabin heater with thermostat and carbon monoxide detector installed 2020, located in right cubby storage seat.

Hitch mount installed.

3rd passenger seat installed. Removable design to use when needed.

3rd passenger 6 inch memory foam bed that folds out to fit in garage open space under the platform bed.

LED HEADLAMPS – replaced stock headlamps for brighter lights – such a huge difference!

5 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY added in December 2020, transferable. Expires January 12, 2026 or 128,432 miles, whichever comes first. Deductible per service $100. This is a $4,500 upgrade to the van most do not have!

Warranty replaced parts:

Radiator and water pump – February 2022.

New windshield April 2023.

New tires including spare August 2023 (4,000 miles of wear).

Including all cookware, utensils and serve ware.

Colorado title, clean. No loan.
