This van has it all! Low mileage van we picked up in 2020 and finished the conversion in 2022. Has been stored inside a heated shop as our “Demo Rig” for the last 2.5 years, so it has no rust and is like brand new! 159 EXTD 3500 Promaster with fog lights, Garmin navigation GPS and heated power folding mirrors. This conversion was built using high quality materials for everything. Frame of van is built with lightweight birch wood and lightweight extruded aluminum framing for all the cabinets and supports. Insulated all the way around, inside and out full of 3-4 inch thick, environmentally friendly, havelock wool. This is moisture wicking insulation with an extremely high R value in order to keep you toasty in the winter, or cool in the summer sun while running the 12V AC unit.

The electrical system is built of 3 x 100ah cold weather LiPO4 battle born batteries. Compiled with the 400W of solar on the roof, the victron solar charger or victron battery to battery charger are able to keep this battery bank topped off most of the time without needing to charge via shore power. The victron multiplus 3000 inverter charger delivers instant power to the 1800W induction cook top, electric water heater or the 120V outlets in the van. The air conditioning unit is a dometic RTX2000, and is able to keep the van cool for 8-20 hours on the off gird 12V battery bank. Maxfan deluxe with remote control in the front of the van to provide 10 speeds of ventilation in/out. Multiple 12v usb outlets used around the van so you can easily charge any of your devices or run cameras. The TV is 12v and able to swivel around so you can watch it from the front or watch it from the bed. MEGA dometic 12v fridge with dual zone cooling/freezing allows you to store more food than most large campers!

The water system is powered by a 12v pump that feeds a rear shower/bike shower as well as the hot water heater, front galley sink and front indoor shower. 30 gallon freshwater and 7 gallon electric hot water heater. Under mounted 10 gallon grey tank with dump valve. Interior water gauge to tell how much freshwater is remaining so you dont run out!

Big Espar heater that runs off the 12v battery and fueled by the promaster gas tank. Capable of keeping the van nice and warm during those winter ski trips!
