2021 ProMaster, under 50k miles – BRAND NEW TRANSMISSION. This van has a proven track record of amazing adventures. After a no-fault water intrusion issue (no flood), she’s got a brand new transmission (Aug 2024) and is ready for her second wind!
What started as a new build from Dave and Matt Vans in 2021 has evolved into a fully-equipped custom van that’s capable of tackling all your adventure needs. The Baltic birch walls and ceiling, backed by full-insulated spray foam created a solid foundation for everything it is today.
Up front you’ll find two swivel seats that turn to face the living area. Two Lagun tables provide extra counter space and multiple seating arrangements. The custom bench serves as a dinette or work station, while the back folds down to provide easy access to storage. The kitchen area has room for all the creature comforts and includes an Isotherm fridge and freezer. The sink area features an electric water pump and easy-to-manage 7-gallon fresh and gray water tanks. Sliding glass vented windows on both sides of the van provide plenty of airflow. The remote-controlled Maxxair fan above circulates air in or out at variable speeds. When the sliding door is open, deploy the Bug Wall to keep the pests out and the fresh air flowing. Below the passenger seat is the Webasto heater, fueled from the van’s unleaded gasoline tank.
Moving toward the back, the queen short bed is located directly below a Dometic shore-powered air conditioner. With adjustable vents on all four sides, you can direct the air flow to your preferences. Enjoy the cool air while you fully extend your feet into the custom-built flare to comfortably accommodate side sleeping for persons up to 6′. Above the bed flare are two additional upper storage cabinets.
Below the bed, storage abounds. The custom-built garage area is accessible from the main living area, as well as from the back. The main electrical components are located mid-van, just next to the sink. The roof-mounted 200 watt solar panel and 170ah lithium battery (with 2000w inverter) allow for off-grid use of all components aside from the Dometic air conditioner which requires shore power. Directly above this area are the heater controls, fan remote and main house light switch with dimmer and four USB ports.
On the exterior, Black Rhino wheels with Ironman all-terrain tires pair nicely with the tinted windows, running boards and ladder leading up to the roof rack.
Overall, this van has been meticulously cared for and is in fantastic shape. It’s received many upgrades over the past two years and is ready for a new home. A new build of this quality will cost well over $100k. Let’s make a deal and give this van the love it deserves!
