We currently have a custom build opening! The total price will vary depending on what actual build you choose. The posted price is the price of the van itself then add the build price to get complete pricing.

Rock Solid Vans is a small upfitter that focuses on quality over quantity. Our builds are completely custom using 80/20 extruded aluminum for the framing. This is superior to plywood framing because it is much stronger and lighter. Moreover, being aluminum, it will not fall apart, delaminate, or rot over time.

We take pride in our carpentry, using beautiful hardwood for our drawer faces. We dovetail nine ply Baltic Birch for our drawers, and the sliders are bolted directly to the 80/20 framing. We also put latches and gas struts on our drawers and cabinets to insure a silent drive.

Our electrical system is built with Victron products, and we use marine grade wires to insure they are buffered against the vibrations of the van. The system is redundant and user friendly, built to work off grid and while connected to shore power.

A Dometic Penguin ii, Espar heater, Maxxair fan, three awning windows, and two layers of insulation (Reflectix and Thinsulate) insure year round temperature control.
