I built out and lived in this van for the last 4 years. I recently updated a lot of things in the build/did a small re-model thinking this would continue to be my Home, however, life circumstances (not van related) are requiring me to be stationary for the time-being me. This has been a reliable vehicle for me and I have made sure to keep up with, and even go above and beyond on the required maintenance to ensure that it’s in the best condition possible. There is quite a bit of storage as I also ran a business while traveling that required me to store jewelry making tools and inventory. The passenger seat has a platform I made for my dog. It is easy to remove and can stay or go depending on your situation and/or who you will be traveling with.
Included with purchase of van: Jackery 300 with Portable Solar Panel (nice to have for back up during cloudy spells), Chinese Diesel Heater (not installed, new in package…purchased earlier this year and never got around in putting it in), storable one burner butane camping stove (very basic but where I have cooked nearly every meal), collapsible ladder to access roof if needed, DIY Bug Net for Sliding door and Window covers.
Quirks to note:
*There is a small area of damage on the passenger side that was there when I bought the van 4 years ago. It has never caused any issues. I touched it up with auto paint to make it a bit less noticeable. There are also some paint chips on the hood from rocks/gravel (see pics).
*The license plate light is out (a wiring issue, not just the bulb). It has never caused me problems and I never looked into fixing it.
*I did a patch on the floor in the “garage” due to moving things around to accommodate a new fridge. I used the same flooring for the patch, but it’s slightly imperfect (doesn’t affect anything practically speaking, just don’t want to potential buyers to feel like it was being hidden – see last pic).
For the right buyer, I would be willing to consider delivery a city in the Western United States.
