This Roadrunner build is a completely new, professionally crafted 2024 Mercedes Sprinter AWD conversion built with premium components, ultra-durable materials, and true four-season capability. This build uses 80/20 aluminum framing, ½-inch Hexaply, and Nevamar laminates, making it stronger, lighter, and more moisture-resistant than traditional wood builds.

Designed for full-time living or extended adventure travel, this layout features a three-piece queen bed with massive hidden storage, a high-end Victron power system, 35 gallons of filtered fresh hot and cold water, indoor and outdoor showers, and a rugged suspension setup ready for off-road or BLM camping. Everything in this van is brand new, unused, and built to last.
