Once again Rock Solid Vans delivers an amazing professional up-fitting of this Stone Gray, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 144″ wheel base, 2500, with high roof, and super solid AWD drive train using their hand crafted modern industrial flair!

Rock Solid Vans only uses extruded aluminum to frame their interior builds. This high value (80/20) extruded aluminum framing system makes it structurally sound, light weight, super strong, and literally bolted to the vehicle. This framing is fastened together using heavy duty brackets and bolts that will not fall apart, delaminate, or rot over time as happens with screw and glue plywood construction.

The cabinetry is all hand crafted, using solid Black Walnut hardwood for the cabinet and drawer faces and nine ply Baltic Birch for the dovetailed drawers with beefy 1/2” slotted, solid bottoms to survive all the miles of your adventures. Topped off with sleek handles, secure latches, and strong gas struts to keep them open until you are ready to close them. The overhead cabinets stretch the length of the van giving you 5 large spacious storage areas with two over the bed and three over the kitchen. You will love seeing the grain of the luxurious hardwood running the length of these cabinets as it was crafted out of a large continuous section of solid wood.

The electrical system boasts 400amp hours of Victron Lithium battery storage that is charged via solar, the vans alternator and also a 30amp shore power connection. The heart of the system is the Victron Multiplus 2 inverter and battery charger connected to a Furrion power distribution panel.  We use marine grade wiring with plenty of redundancy in connections, fuses, and breakers keeping both the DC and AC systems running smoothly. The system also consists of all the top-of-the-line components with a touch screen system tying it all together in an easy to use interface.

There is a huge 36 gallon fresh water tank with lockable exterior fill, a 4 gallon electric Bosch giving you hot water for the sink or outdoor shower/gear wash. 

The living quarters are kept warm by an Espar heater that runs off the van’s Diesel fuel system. Staying cool is made easy as the van boasts the highly sought after, off-grid, Dometic air conditioner that will run off the battery bank or shore power when available. Besides these two state of the art systems you can always simply catch the breeze via the three awning windows or the Maxxair ventilation fan. 

Your desired temperature is retained in this 4 season van due to the R6 insulation built into the subfloor, alongside thick 3M Thinsulate and Reflectics insulation that coat the walls and ceiling filling all the crevasses. A comfortable 1/8” foam lines the walls for added sound dampening and adds a layer of comfort to the luxurious tweed fabric. 

Dining at camp will be more comfortable than ever with a spacious acacia butcher block countertop that is accented perfectly by sleek and modern aluminum backsplash walls that makes cleaning quick and easy. There is a two burner propane stove hooked up to a travel safe Ignik (1.2 gallon / 5 pound) propane canister for cooking and an extra deep stainless steel sink for cleaning up. There are abundant USB plugs and electrical outlets everywhere in the van.  Open the huge Isotherm Cruise 130 fridge for a cold drink or simply crash in the queen size bed and enjoy!

The spacious bench seat fits two, so you can invite the friends in for hors devours and a drink after those epic backcountry adventures as you relax on the front swivel seats and maneuver the swivel table to the perfect spot. The Lagun table can swivel to work with several different seating options as necessary.

There are 4 large drawers built into the main kitchen structure and several more built into the bench to maximize storage and one that hides a Laveo Dry Flush  toilet. 

You’ll be looking BA as you drive down the road in this beast with its sleeping area extension flares, wicked wheels, a beefy roof rack, side ladder, corner ladder/spare tire carrier, Fiamma awning, as well as massive LED light bar. 

You won’t have to fear getting stuck in the snow as you tour the resorts, or head south for the winter, as this van is fitted with beefy BFG KO2 mountain snowflake safety rated all-terrain tires that are complimented by Black Rhino performance rims.
